RUN is an employer-brand campaign built for the hardest audience in a tight market: people who are not actively looking. Instead of adding another promise to the noise, we chose a signal. Something you catch in your peripheral vision, and can’t quite ignore.
RUN sits inside a broader national employer brand platform, with the city as a deliberate entry point.
We anchored the campaign in the specific Amsterdam and Utrecht regions to maximise recognition. For this audience, the city isn’t just geography, it’s identity. Making it feel genuinely local increased relevance from the first touch.
